Taikoo Li Qiantan is a landmark open-plan retail destination developed by Swire Properties and Lujiazui Group. As the first Taikoo Li project in Shanghai, it redefines urban retail with a focus on wellness, public space, and contemporary design. Our model was created to represent its dynamic, flowing layout and integration with surrounding urban infrastructure, serving promotional, leasing, and stakeholder engagement purposes.
